RepuCare is a woman-owned business (certified WBE) and a leading provider of medical management solutions for state, federal and corporate healthcare programs. We are in search of a Registered Nurse; whose purpose is to function as a patient care manager.  The ideal candidate would coordinate unit operations, on their assigned shift and ensure continuity of care and treatment goals.  The RN would delegate work and assignments appropriately while providing feedback to the employees regarding behavior and performance.

This position is a full-time benefited position: (3:00 - 11:30 pm shift or 11:15 pm to 7:15 am)

5 days a week and every other weekend

This RN, Psychiatric Nurse position involves:


  • Providing professional nursing care and treatment services in a patient or resident care area.
  • Identifying members with complex medical, psychological, and community resource needs.
  • Conducting assessments to address these initial and ongoing individual needs.
  • Developing, formulating, and implementing a specific Care Plan to address objective and individual goals recognize signs and symptoms of medical and psychiatric illnesses, communicating findings to the physician, nurse practitioner or psychiatrist.
  • Experience with the administration and effects of psychotropic medications.
  • Utilizing clinical judgment and knowledge to assure that assistance is provided in a quality, cost-effective manner.
  • Maintains competency and skills in CPR/AED, Bridge Building, IV, TB, accucheck, and Avatar.
  • Transcribes orders accurately and legibly.  Verifies medications via Quadramed.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the case plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Assesses and intervenes with agitated, psychotic, escalating patients with focus on patient and staff safety.


  • Current Registered Nurse, (RN) license issued by the Indiana State Board of Nursing
  • Requires knowledge of care management assessment technique, provider community, and community resources.
  • Certified in professional rescuer CPR/AED, IV and TB
  • Requires - 3 years full-time professional experience in developmental disability, geriatric, or psychiatric nursing


  • Must have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; strong PC skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; organizational and problem-solving skills; and solid, quick decision-making skills.
